The best purchase I could make at the time.
I like that the color is blue, my favorite. It has a big enough bed for me to haul most things I need to, mostly such as fishing equipment and occasionally furniture. It has had some problems. Being an old truck, it has needed some parts replaced: tires, a new heater cord, water pump, tires, etc. It's nothing terribly expensive, considering the price I bought it for. It runs great for the most part. The heat and A/C work, and it gets me where I need to go. However, the clutch has been having an issue that it won't shift smoothly. It was rebuilt but still not working so the transmission will need to be rebuilt or replaced.

It is a good mid range vehicle.
I live in the desert and must have a 4 wheel drive to get home on many days each year. I thought this was a good vehicle for in town driving and 4 wheeling to get home. It has turned out to be a very good vehicle. I drive to a neighboring town most weekends and put many miles on it. It gets good mileage and is comfortable. I have found that the automatic 4 wheel drive is nice. On muddy rain days where I have a 50\50 chance of getting stuck in the mud, the car switches to 4 wheel drive according to what traction I need. That comes in very handy so I don't lose traction having to stop switch into neutral and then go in to 4 wheel drive. It holds lots of stuff and has plenty of room for the grand kids. It has taken a beating and is still going strong. I am well pleased with this vehicle. I have more fun driving my jeep as it has more power. But this car has been really good.
