Great for hauling almost anything
I really like this truck. It has had a few reliability issues (see problems) but nothing huge. The four cylinder gets great gas mileage (around 28 mpg on the highway). It's a little slow but still works fine for hauling and towing. The interior is pretty minimal, but it's easy to clean and maintain (vinyl seats help a lot). Visibility is good, which sure helps for towing. Also, the headlights illuminate very well. The transmission (five-speed manual) shifts well and has good gear spacing. The ride is a little stiff with no weight in the bed but not harsh. Snow traction is a problem without snow tires. The bed is plenty long to haul most common appliances, furniture, and big-box items. It's much lower than a full-size truck, so it's easier to load stuff. Overall, it has been a very useful vehicle to own.

Hard working
I've always liked driving it in the winter with the 4x4. I've never gotten stuck. The coldest I've ever started the vehicle was at 0 degrees, and that was last winter when I went to visit a friend in up state. Always been a good running truck, and the biggest reason I'm needing to get rid of it, is cause I need a newer pickup for the work.
