Wish I could drive this car forever!
I drive a 2-wheel drive Cherokee, and it's my favorite car that I've ever driven. It has made it across the country (from Florida to California and back), and up and down the East Coast (from Key West to Northern Ohio), and has rarely broken down. Repairs have been cheap, the car is comfortable, and has great visibility out the back and sides. It sits well above the ground, so I have been able to get past unstable patches of unpaved roads. I nicknamed my car "The Little Jeep that Could" for it's ability to go and go and go. Up mountains, on ice, through urban rush hour, it's done it all and served me well!

Not for me, Jeep Cherokee
The 2014 Jeep Cherokee I purchased is not the right fit for me. The vehicle itself seems to be functional enough. I have had mechanical issues, which were taken care of at no charge by the dealer. Initially, it was not shifting well and was a dog off the line. Since I have had it serviced, they have fixed that issue. Having said that, the four-cylinder engine is inadequate for this vehicle. In terms of fit, I am 6 feet 2 inches and weigh 275 pounds, and I am much more comfortable in a minivan or pickup.

We had originally stopped here to look at a Mazda 5 that we were interested in, and Kevin ended up being the person that was helping us. He was super courteous and was very understanding of our situation ( we were shopping with my parents and my 2 year old daughter). Kevin included my daughter in the buying process from the beginning and that helped her stay interested. Anyway, we decided at the last minute to leave and go back to a previous dealership to purchase an Xterra that we had looked at. Kevin pulled up his listings and found all the cars on his lot with similar features and found the jeep we ended up purchasing. I felt that was super awesome for him to do.
They also have a very nice dealership with a HUGE playroom for children that really made things smoother when my husband and dad were completing the paperwork.
