I feel fortunate to own it.
I like the design of the van. It has smooth lines and looks luxurious. During the test drive, I knew within 30 seconds of getting out on the road that I was going to buy it. The handling is smooth and I felt as if I was floating. It has been extremely dependable, and I have only had to do routine maintenance on it even after 80,000 miles. One of the main reasons I bought it is the seating: It seats 8. There is plenty of room for the whole family and tons of stuff in the back.

Great vehicle for a large family.
Our 2011 Toyota Sienna with a V-6 engine has been a great, reliable vehicle for our large, extended family. We live in central Florida and have taken several day trips with our extended family in this vehicle. We have transported as many as 5 adults and 3 children to the beach, including all our beach equipment. This includes beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, blankets, toys, floats, etc. The 2011 Toyota Sienna has room for 8 passengers, as well as ample space behind the seating for cargo. The thing that impressed me the most was the smoothness of the ride in this 2011 Toyota Sienna. This vehicle rides like a premium luxury car. The gas mileage is good too. For a vehicle this size, we average in the city, around 20 mpg. On the highway for long trips, it has been even better, close to 25 mpg. For a vehicle this size, that is pretty good mileage. Also, the seating for the front and middle rows are what I would refer to as bucket seats, that are very comfortable. We have over 100,000 miles on this vehicle, and have had very few problems other than normal maintenance. The interior is well made and has endured constant use. Our vehicle had the DVD already installed for rear passengers to view, and it still works after 100,000 miles. We have had no problems with the transmission which can be an issue for vehicles this size with heavy usage. Also, our A/C still works fine. The only things I would like to see improved on this model is visibility when changing lanes to the right, and when backing up. It is difficult to see small vehicles in the blind zone in the right lane, so one must take extra special care when moving to the right. You can use the side view mirror to help with this. Also, there have been a couple of recalls for this vehicle to correct the airbag issue and the motor in the automatic side doors. It did take Toyota a while to issue a fix for the airbag issue for this model. Overall this 2011 Toyota Sienna has been a great, very reliable, and fun family vehicle to own.
