I spoke to them briefly years ago and they were nice and friendly. They have a large ad campaign and are well known in the community, mostly through the radio and local tv stations. I've heard good things about them from family and friends. Most people I know have been there before and if I needed a car I would go there for myself.

Milwaukee, WI Driving Tips
I would suggest leaving to get somewhere 15 to 20 minutes before when you think you should leave. Driving in Milwaukee is stressful if you are in a rush and traffic usually moves quite slowly. This will allow you to enjoy the city more. You should also take advantage of the downtown area. Most of the popular destinations in Milwaukee are spread out throughout the city, so having a car is pretty essential. Look around you when you drive to see some cool historical building mixed in with the skyscrapers of the Milwaukee area.
Milwaukee, WI Buying Tips
Buying a car in Milwaukee is not a good idea (at least not in the main area of Milwaukee). If you are looking to buy a car, there are several areas within 20-30 minutes of the city that are far better for buying cars. The place with the widest selection is Highway 100 in West Allis. It is only about a 20 minute drive from the city and it has good deals and a lot of good dealers.
Favorite driving memory
The best time that I have had driving in Milwaukee was on a Sunday afternoon during the summer. Traffic was light, construction on roads and on city buildings was at a minimum, and it was a beautiful day, I had nowhere to be and a friend and I decided to go for a leisurely drive around the city. We turned on some good music and began driving towards Milwaukee's lakefront. On the lakefront there is a 4-5 mile stretch of straight road with a great view of the city and of the lake on both sides of you. We drove this stretch a few times as well as throughout the downtown area. It was very easy to get around this day because there was little traffic. This made all of the normally traffic ridden areas that are a hassle to drive around far more enjoyable.
Favorite road
Lincoln Memorial Drive. This road is the one that I describes in the previous question. It is a 4-5 mile stretch of straight road with a great view of the city and of the lake on both sides of you. There are 3 or 4 parks that make up the view by the lakefront as well as a number of beaches. There are always a lot of people in this area working out or enjoying their day in one way or another. Along the other side of the road you get to see the skyline of Milwaukee and some of the biggest houses in the area.

Milwaukee, WI Driving Tips
One tip I must share with anyone who has never been to Milwaukee, WI before is watch for the speeding drivers. Most people in the Milwaukee area speed. It can be a little overwhelming if you are not use to everyone zipping past you.
Milwaukee, WI Buying Tips
I have never searched for a new car in this area so I do not want to share anything that is not accurate in my opinion.
Favorite driving memory
My favorite memory from driving around in Milwaukee, WI is the first day I moved up here. I drove from Dallas, TX to South Milwaukee, WI. I had been in the car with my dog for 18 hours over two days. We were both exhausted and ready to get out of the car and relax. Instead, my fiancé talked me into driving around the big city with him so he could show me around the area I would be living. It was the best first day in a new city. Milwaukee has a lot of attractions for all ages. I was captivated from day one with Milwaukee, WI. The people we came across were friendly and downtown is slow paced compared to Dallas, TX which is something I am still grateful for to this day.
Favorite road
I-794. I-794 is my favorite road to drive in the Milwaukee area because it is right next to the lake. There is nothing more calming and relaxing in the morning, or evening for that matter, than looking out over the lake and seeing boats just floating along. I also love that you can see Milwaukee pop up over the bridge as you are heading to down town. The speed limit across the bridge is only 45-55 MPH which makes it easier to enjoy the sites to see.
