They were very willing to work with me on any concerns I had mechanically with the vehicle. In addition to that, they were willing to let me test drive the vehicle as long as I wanted to do. I was able to get a great deal on the vehicle - $3500 out the door, which was over $500 less than what they were asking for, and less than the book price on it.
