Sarah was my service representative/sales person. I walked in told her what I needed. She took my information, listened to my questions gave me some options and was very patient with me through my hesitation. She made the experience very easy, to the point but she was friendly. Drive time is certainly geared towards helping people with bad credit have a fresh start. They are very thorough with the assessments of the vehicles they offer.
