He was able to get us the best possible price for the vehicle as he could, and even though the process still took a long time, he made it much easier. He didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need but made me aware of things I may want without being pushy.

The dealer was really nice and walked me through cars that I was interested in based on the features I told him I wanted. The dealership gives me 15% off all work on my car and I get upgraded oil anytime I go in there for an oil change. Barely had to wait at all in the waiting room but when I did, there were free cookies and cappuccino.
