I have always enjoyed going into carmax. My last time in there they were friendly and kind to me and my family. They have more than fair prices that match if not beat their competitors. Though I did not buy a car from them, I preferred their lot over that of the other used and leased car lots. I really enjoy being around people who make me feel comfortable. This company did that.

They also cater very well to the various needs of their customers, including child care, ample waiting areas with refreshments and drinks, and plenty of periodicals.
