The one thing that made this dealership great to me was that the salesmen didn't show me cars I couldn't afford or didn't want. He asked me several questions about what I needed and wanted in my next car and I feel he built a great rapport with me. The finance department worked hard to provide me with several buying and I got the full KBB value for my trade in.

Friendly staff who respected my budget. They weren't pushy, didn't treat me like a stupid person, and gave their honest opinions and common complaints about different makes and models. Any time there has been a recall, Spitzer has dealt with it quickly and with a smile. They're a little pricier than other dealers nearby, but it's worth it for the service and trust.
