Very good customer service. They know you and take time to actually talk to the customer in a way that makes them feel appreciated and wanted. I felt like even though I was not a high priced customer, that they wanted and respected me for the business.

The staff was very friendly. They didn't push me to look at things out of my price range. They listened very well to my concerns and were very polite and helpful when I took it for a test drive. They also took $2,000 off the price it was on the lot. They gave me a great deal on a great car that I'm still driving 5 years later!
