I tried several different dealerships before O'Brien.
The thing I hate about shopping for a new car is the pressure.
Pressure to buy. Pressure to add options/services I don't want of need.
I decided to give O'Brien a shot, since I had seen ads both on the Tv and in my local paper for them. I went in and looked at what they had available. They were friendly, helpful, and didn't pressure me. This was the biggest reason I chose them.

Very helpful salespeople when I was there. I know they have had some problems in the past, but they were fine for me. We were able to haggle in a friendly way as well as keep everything polite. They answered all my questions since I was only a high school senior. I have had my car now for 8 years.
