Chevrolet Equinox Del Rio, TX OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS

Mom Car
The vehicle was purchased specifically to fit two large rear facing car seats. While it does this and is practical, it isn't fun. I don't have a lot of positive feelings toward this car, it is simply a means of transportation. Many pieces seem cheap - plastic that breaks off, etc. The gas mileage is reasonable for its size, but isn't anything to brag about. I have had a few issues and a couple of recalls that I had to get fixed, but overall the engine seems to still be fine with regular maintenance.

Very dependable and an overall great vehicle!
This is the best car that I've owned so far. It has very comfortable leather seats, plenty of leg room in the back, and ample trunk space. The exterior looks very nice compared to other midsize cars/SUVs, especially from the front/sides. I haven't noticed any strange noises from the car with the exception of a slight buzzing from the rear window on occasion. I have only had to take it to the shop once for a battery-related issue. The repair cost was fair and not as high as I thought it would be. There are blind spots on the far left/right sides of the windshield, but they aren't major enough to be a great concern. The gas mileage is average for a vehicle of its size, and is best under 70 mph. It is a fun car to drive and doesn't seem like I'm driving a big car. The car is very responsive to my acceleration and braking, and it handles very nicely. I feel extremely safe while driving this car!
