Love my Impala
My 2013 Chevy Impala LTZ still looks, drives, and rides well, even though it has 135,000 miles on it. The body style is not the most ritzy, but it is attractive enough for me, and I have received a lot of positive comments about it. The very dark grey paint job is so shiny that it sometimes looks black, when light or shadows strike it a certain way. The car has plenty of power and the engine is quiet. Thus far, it has been very dependable. I did have an issue when the thermostat stuck, but I was pleased that the information panel warned me about it and told me what to do. The car has a safety feature that keeps the fan running for awhile after the ignition is shut off, whenever there is an indication that the engine could have overheated. I have driven the car on icy roads and it handled well. It gets good fuel mileage, often 30 mpg on road trips. The interior is roomy - three adults can ride in the back seat without being cramped. The stereo sounds good enough, (although I must say that the stereo in a 2001 Dodge Caravan I once owned did sound better). The heat and air keep passengers comfortable, even if it's very cold or hot outside. Everyone comments about the car's smooth ride, and the seats are very comfortable. The heated front seats are great for winter, and especially helpful to me because I have arthritis in my hips. The trunk has plenty of room; I have a fold-up rollator walker that I could not get into some car trunks, but it fits into my Impala easily. I probably could not find a car that is more suitable for me. I will continue driving it until it wears out completely.

Safe
The car was safe. It came with a stability bar under the hood and was the first time I ever knew car manufacturers provided those. It had low gas mileage and low miles when I bought it. It had one previous owner prior to me so that helped with the life of the car. I liked that it told me when my tires were low or that it was in need of an oil change. In my opinion, it was low maintenance. I only had to get normal oil and brake changes. I was able to buy it for 8k, which was a deal to me. Once the muffler rotted, and that was a costly fix. It was an automatic with a decent engine. I think it was a v6 so it felt like it picked up speed fast.

They have a very large selection of vehicles to chose from and are known for their low prices. I decided to stop by and see and found a great truck I still enjoy having and I got a very good deal.
