Stylish pretty car.
My 2011 Chevy Malibu is a great car that has been very dependable with many bells and whistles on it. It was a certified used car, with very low mileage on it when it was purchased from a dealer several years ago. The car has great power and handles extremely well. The ride is quiet. In the winter, I switch it to "manual" and driving in snow is no problem at all! The seats are very comfortable and can be electronically positioned for the individual's comfort level. I love the heated seats, even in the summer they are great on the lower back. Several spots for charging electronics. I also love that the car has a sunroof, OnStar and satellite radio; and the remote start is great in the winter. The couple things I don't like about my car is: although the seats are comfortable to sit in, the car sits lower to the ground and is somewhat awkward and hard to get out of; and driving the car is very relaxing there are several "large" blind spots that the driver has to be very cognizant of. The trunk is a little small for what I am personally use to; but the drop down back seats still allow you to fit longer items in and the cargo net keeps things from "rolling" in the trunk. The highway mileage if pretty good; city mileage is just average.

With the proper care, this Malibu will get you where you need to go. I drive probably around 400-600 miles every month, and I have with this car for the last five years. Check ups and repairs are generally easy to get any place and relatively cheap compared to other vehicles. The Malibu is by no means an ATV, but it gets me around the icy, curvy mountain roads I live near with no issues every year. As long as you're taking this car to the garage to patch up minor issues as they arise, it works like a dream. The engine and transmission on mine have never needed work, so most things are less than 100 bucks to get working like new. Don't expect a lot of power behind the engine, but it's enough that you won't struggle on the on ramp to bring the car up to 70 mph before you have to merge. Fuel consumption isn't too bad if you're keeping the air filter and fuel injectors clean. One full tank of gas gets me 500-600 miles -- depending on the conditions.
