I purchased this truck to replace a work truck that finally just gave up. I had to buy my own truck this time since my boss couldn't. I went to my stand by which has always been GM. I went to a local dealer and said I need a truck. He locked at me, and said what will you be doing with it. I said hauling. He smiled and walked me right to a gleaming black Silverado. I was in love but financing was issue. The dealer took me to finance person and it took us awhile, but they found me a good deal and good payment structure. And recently I paid it all off early too. The ruck has a lot to offer. Great sound system included. One con is I need to keep sand bags in the back in the winter. Ohio winters and slick roads can make the back end sway at times.

This truck is great for taking the whole family somewhere. With the four door cab we can easily fit two car seats in the back seats and still have more than enough room in the front. The gas mileage for the truck is what you would expect from a truck and does okay on short trips. The transmission shifts smoothly and the ride is very smooth as well. The truck also pulls a trailer very well. Even though the truck is 11 years old it does not have very much rust on it. It is still a very reliable truck and we would not be scared to take it on an out of state vacation. This truck is why Chevy has the reputation it does for it vehicles.
