The customer service provided was excellent. We lived out of state at the time of purchase, and Phil Syverson went above and beyond expectations. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Rapid Chevrolet, and will continue to take my business to them and recommend them to anyone and everyone. They didn't look down on us being so young but purchasing an expensive vehicle. We did have that happen at another dealer.

I have done business here before. They are great people to work with. If you have bad credit, do not disregard them. They will help you find a loan. Every employee made me feel happy to have purchased a vehicle there. I will continue to keep my business with them for as long as I buy vehicles. I will also buy my children's vehicles from them.
