The original price of the car was a great deal more then I intended to pay, and he worked well with me to negotiate a price. I brought in consumer reports on the vehicle, and he included a 5 year full coverage warranty to help with my concerns. I have all my work and repairs done there, and they are nothing but cordial, professional, and pleasant.
