Fun sporty mid-sized sedan
The car has very good build quality, especially when compared to earlier Chrysler products. The new factory and manufacturing process has done good things to this car as it now feels like it was built from one solid piece, as opposed to the rattling cages that it replaced.
The interior quality is some of the best I've seen in this price range. It has soft plastics, very nice leather, and real wood trim, not that fake plastic stuff that shines with tackiness. The interior space is phenomenal, by replacing the stick with a rotor drive mode selector, they have managed to save a ton of space in and under the console. The 3.6 V6 Pentastar engine is a must for this car, the power helps keep the transmission in line. Add in the AWD and you have a car that can actually get up and go very quickly for what it is. Official times put it at around 6 seconds for a 0-60, but I've seen ~5.4 0-60 with a slight tune without paddle shifters. I'm sure a dedicated driver could get it to 5 with the paddles and a tune.
The transmission can be a bit hungry, but I've not had any real issues with it. The shifts are smooth and paddle shifters on the wheel can make up for a transmission that doesn't agree with the driver.
The handling is decent, and can be improved pretty easily with tires and some suspension changes.

Defective transmission and computer system.
Upon purchasing the Chrysler 200-C it shifted weird. It banged back and forth when travelling at slower speeds. I felt like the transmission was going to fall out. On the highway, however, it ran too fast- almost like it had a mind of its own. I took it to the dealership and after much fighting with them, they sent it to get checked out. They said there was a glitch with the computer and they reset it. The car ran fine for maybe a month before doing the same thing over again. I again brought it to the dealership and they again reset the computer. It ran fine for a while and now it still acts up on and off. I read online that this particular car is a lemon and many others have had the same computer glitch with their car. But, now I am stuck with this car... On the positive side (which is very small) the car looks OK and it gets good gas mileage. I like the sleek design and the black paint job. I like that there is a camera to use upon backing up and the radio works great.

They are very honest. The prices are good and they will work with you. They do not push you to buy a vehicle. These things are very important to me when purchasing from a dealership. We have used them 4 times to buy vehicles. I appreciate their customer service and honesty.
