Nice size, but reliability is a factor
I have enjoyed the van from a parent aspect. I love the roominess of the vehicle and the ability to hold multiple car seats. I really like the DVD player, although I wish it came with more headsets. I love the area in the trunk that feels like it's perfect for groceries or carrying seats to my children's sporting events. I like that it has plenty of cup holders and that it has a locking glove compartment that helps me feel that my personal items are extra secure when I leave them in the car. One great thing is that I own a boutique and fitting in several large bags of clothing, clothing racks, tons of shoe boxes and a full length table and chairs is usually a problem. With the seats folded down, this van has no issue holding all the necessary items for trade shows. However, this car has had issues in the reliability department and broke down on me on multiple occasions before it reached 60,000 miles. With multiple children, this is something that is inconvenient and possibly dangerous. For this reason alone, I'm apprehensive to ever purchase this make or model again.

Nice, comfortable, unreliable.
I purchased my Chrysler Town and Country in January 2014. We bought it used from a local dealer as we were due in a few short weeks with our third child. This car was great and ran like a top up until about 58,000 miles. My car just shut off on a main road as I was driving. Literally shut off. I managed to get it started and moving again, but it was jumping horribly as I went down the road. It turns out that the Powertrain Control Module had completely failed and the fuel rail was leaking. How was a car with so few miles so unreliable? On the plus side, the car is quite roomy and comfortable and has sleek lights in the ceiling and a television for the back seats that is easily seen from each seat. It would be preferable if they provided enough headphones for the car seats, but that's a minor issue. The grocery well in the back and the car fold down wells are a Godsend with three small children. The touch screen control system in the front is easy to navigate and, with it's larger font, makes it easier to switch stations while keeping your eyes on the road. The fuel economy seems about normal for cars of this size and it holds right at 20 gallons of fuel so fill up seems about average as well. For a family, this car is definitely practical and sizable, but also unreliable. With small children, reliability is just a headache waiting to happen. At the moment, my check engine light is on once again. I'm only at 62,000 miles.

I cant honestly say this dealership was the best at all. We chose to buy a vehicle from them due to finding exactly what we wanted. I would never buy from them again. We were pre-approved going into their dealership. our "salesman" treated us horribly making us feel like we couldn't afford anything on their lot. even knowing we were already approved. He then ran our credit without asking, Worst service ever. the bonus would have been the free oil changes for life, but we are too afraid to take our car back to them after hearing such horror stories about the service department. We also fought for months to get all of the items included with our purchase, and still months later have not gotten our second key. our calls are ignored by the salesman.
