They are always available to help with questions you might have. They seem to be very knowledgeable on their products. I was impressed with how much they knew about competitors lines. They offered free oil changes and other perks to help close the deal. I didn't feel hounded as I browsed the lot like I have at other local lots. Their selection was impressive.
