I first liked the look of the car. I have a black one. It is very sleek and sporty looking. I like the on the steering wheel controls and Bluetooth capabilities. It also fits our car seat for our toddler nicely.

From day one in purchasing my 2013 Dodge Dart Limited (1.4L multi-air Turbo) the thing has had many mechanical and electrical problems. Within one month of ownership, both the ECM and TCM had to be replaced (this is at under 20,000 miles). The touchscreen stereo/navigation intermittently quits working or blacks out, and I had to replace both rear wheel bearings at 35,000 miles (warranty expired at 30,000). Again, at 50,000 miles, the TCM had to be replaced. And at 60,000 miles the A/C quit working. The vehicle is kept up and above recommended service intervals as well as proper break-in performed. A number of the issues have been resolved under warranty, but that is beside the point. I purchased the vehicle for a reliable means of transportation, but it has not been up to par spending the majority of its ownership in the shop being repaired. Despite all of the problems, the car is fun to drive, handles well, and looks quite sharp. If the mechanical problems were not there, I would rate the car up with a much more expensive Audi or BMW. But it appears you get what you pay for.
