Like many, I came here for the first time after seeing their excellent Yelp rating, and I wasn't disappointed. Even though my car is over ten years old, I'm still very particular about who works on it. Aside from the dealership (and their high prices), I had yet to find a mechanic that I feel like I can fully trust with my car. Recently, I noticed the clutch fluid in the reservoir was going down, despite having topped it off a few months prior. Not wanting to be stranded on the side of the road or potentially damaging the clutch, I found AH Connection and made an appointment to bring my car in two days later. After arriving early in the morning, I first noticed how clean the shop and office were. Seeing how clean everything was already made me feel confident I had chosen the right shop. While describing the clutch issue to them, I also brought up a clunk I would hear occasionally. They were very patient listening to everything I described and let me know they would charge a diagnostic fee to check out my concerns, which was reasonable to me. Since I would need to leave my car there for a while, they gave me one of their loaner cars to use in the meanwhile. The loaner was a 2000 Accord with 220,000 miles on it that surprisingly drove extremely smoothly. The condition of the car can speak to the quality of work that AH Connection does. That afternoon, I received a call regarding the clutch issue, which turned out to be a leaking clutch master cylinder. The repair wasn't cheap, but they explained all the work needed to replace this particular part (a lot). I gave them the go-ahead, and was told my car would be ready the following afternoon. They also let me know they didn't find any problems with regards to my other concern, but would see what they could do. True to their word, I received a call the next afternoon that my car was ready for pickup. Upon my arrival, I was helped immediately. One of the guys went over the repair again with me, and also let me know they tightened the suspension and sub frame bolts to try and address the clunking I had told them about. Additionally, they let me know that my brake fluid was overfilled, but they adjusted it to the correct level for me as well as cleaned up the spilled fluid. I didn't even realize the issue was there, so I really appreciated that they went the extra mile to take care of that for me. After the repairs, they took the car for a test drive to make sure everything was working fine. They also refilled the windshield washer fluid, which was a nice touch. The interior (which they had to work in to access the clutch master cylinder) was in the exact same condition I left it in (no grease stains anywhere), something I can't even say about some dealerships. All in all, I was extremely impressed with my whole experience here, from their friendliness and services to their convenient loaner car. They were honest about which problems I needed to fix immediately and which ones weren't as urgent. I'm happy to say that it looks like I finally found a mechanic I can trust, and I will be coming back here when my or my family's Hondas need any work.

The "Old Lady" needs some TLC nowadays, and I can count on the team at Acura Honda Connection to do the job! For the longest time, I trekked all the way back to the Central Valley to take care of my '01 Accord. (It's the family mechanic we've gone to for YEARS. Years, I say!) I may not know much about cars, but I do trust the mechanic back home. He gives me the rundown of what needs attention now, later or even way later. So, when I first went to AHC (knowing full-well what needed to be done), they were able to diagnose everything without me mentioning a single peep except, "I need a service." Even their pricings are fair - sometimes a bit cheaper too. I never feel like they're trying to rip my wallet apart. From making sure my car can make it to the snow to a simple, singular bulb change, they've done it all and never fail to be friendly, funny, and fast. Place an emphasis on funny; because they have the kind of witty, snarky humor I appreciate! More recently, I took one of their loaner cars out. If I consider my vehicle old, then the one I took is ancient! It still runs like a charm, though. And, if that isn't a testament to their great work, then I don't know what is! By now, it's safe to say: they earned a repeat customer.

We came into San Jose to look at purchasing a used 08 Honda Ridgeline. We set up a Used Car Inspection appointment with Jay for the day we would be coming all the way from Sacramento to look at the vehicle. When we arrived with the truck, AHC was ready for us. We were in and out in an hour. The team at AHC identified several issues with the vehicle and showed the seller and us what the issues were. They explained what the severity and risk were for each of the issues. They were able to quantify the amount of repairs that were outstanding on the vehicle. The thorough report and process was very helpful to us in making our purchase decision. This is a professional and knowledgeable operation. Everything was transparent and well explained. If I lived in San Jose, I would trust them with my vehicles and especially my Hondas (of which I've owned 6). Thanks Jay and AHC

I chose this body shop when I got into my first accident with my new car. They went so above and beyond, that I chose them again when I got into another accident. Both times, my car looked brand new again. They detailed my car before I got it back. On top of it all, the people who work there are nice and honest. You don't feel like you're getting ripped off or lied to. Thanks so much, guys!
