I am retired and was looking for a cargo type van that was not huge. My plans for this van is an everyday vehicle locally (live in a combination rural - semi developed area) and also to do cross-country trips to visit National Parks and the like.

Best car I've ever bought.
Acura TLX is one of the best cars I have ever owned. It was recommended to me by a friend of mine who said his dad had recently bought one so because I was planning on buying a new car, I decided to give it a try. I went to the closest car dealership in town and found one with ease. I asked the dealer what the car had to offer in terms of internal design and technology. I was already sold on the external design so I wanted to make sure what makes it special internally. He explained all the features the car has and allowed me to have a test drive to try them all. I was so impressed by the build quality and the interior comfort. I was also very impressed by the technology offered on the dashboard. I asked for the price and the negotiation went smooth and I bought the car on the spot. The fuel economy is also great and up to now I'm very satisfied with it and think it's the best car purchase I have ever made.

Recently got our new car from this place. 3-stars because their prices were amazing and we got a great deal. But the wait time afterwards was a bit longish. We were told initially that the manager who will sign off the paper work would need another 25-30 minutes to finish up with a client. But after waiting for 3 hours, I ended up taking my son back home so that he could sleep, and my wife stayed behind for another 1.5 hours to finish the paper work. At the end of the night, we got our car. But it was quite some work, but totally worth it!

No less than three dedicated customer service employees working the office while the mechanics are doing their thing. Courtesy cars couldn't be easier to use.
I brought in my 2002 Acura RSX because of a check engine light. (nb: the diagnostic test is between $50-60.) AHC explained the service needed clearly and in a non-condescending way. Fixed some smaller things while they were at it, like replacing the battery in my key fob. The bulk of the fee was for parts; labor fee was reasonable for SV. Told me the car should be ready by the afternoon, and it was.
This was my test-run for a place *not the dealership*, which has become ridiculously expensive. I feel pretty good about bringing my car back when it's time for the 100,000 m. service.
