This dealership has top notch service is every area from sales to service. I've bought many BMWs from here. It all starts with the sales people. I am never hassled over my selection process. I've usually done my homework before coming in. But, none-the-less, I'm usually left alone with the car I am considering. I'm never under any pressure to buy and if the car I like happens to be gone when I finally make my decision, the dealership will bring one in for me from another dealership. I've always been very satisfied with the service department too. Overall, the dealership is very professional. I know some people don't like this place because they think the dealership is snobby and stuffy. But, I think it's typical of a high end dealership.

These guys are truly professional. You would never know they are salespeople. Buying a BMW here is a pleasant experience. I've bought several. My salesperson knows me very well. I generally get him to bring in a car from somewhere else. I come get it and keep it a couple of days before I buy it. They handle everything else by fax and phone. Very easy process.
