People on virtually any budget can find a version of the Dodge Charger that works for them. The powerful v8 models are a bargain compared to similarly equipped Cadillac CTS models, which carry an MSRP of thousands of dollars more. The Cadillacs are very nice, but you just get so much more bang for your buck out of the Charger.
