As a mom of three young kids, I appreciate how safe and secure the Dodge Grand Caravan is. We researched safety and crash security before we bought the van, and we were very satisfied with Dodge's performance. All three of my children play baseball and softball. This means a lot of time is spent at the ballfield. The Grand Caravan has plenty of storage space for all our ball equipment, as well as chairs, our wagon, coolers and water jugs. My car has just over 30,000 miles on it and has just had its first "issue." The drive shaft had to be replaced (maybe it was the CB joint?). Anyway, whatever it was caused extensive wear to the front two tires, and they need to be replaced. I'm not happy with this. It seems like not enough miles to warrant a repair and tire replacement. The van is a van is a van. We just purchased the base model, and that is literally all it is. There is nothing spectacular about it. In face, it initially didn't even have a center console, but our dealer added one (not the right color and it slides). There isn't any "wow" to this van. When I drive it, I feel every bit the 40 year old mom of three that I am.

The 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan is one of the greatest cars I have ever owned. It is extremely comfortable, with wide, well cushioned seats and tons of leg room. It seats 7 comfortably, and still has an entire compartment, plus two floor compartments in the center for luggage. The engine is great, and can easily cruise or get up and go with the best of them. It looks sleek, and is especially nice for a minivan. The stereo works great, the AC and Heater work great, everything on this car is really nice. We recently drove through the in Colorado, and thanks to the side windows being able to be rolled down, were able to strap in the mid captain chairs and get great scenery shots while driving. I have driven 111000 miles on this car and it hasn't given me a single problem with regular maintenance. The gas mileage is also really great, as we were able to drive from Texas to Colorado on a 10-day trip, and spent less than $300 on Gas. This car may very well be the best minivan on the market.
