More than anything, I was pleased that I could browse without being bothered and sold to without begin sold at. I told the dealer what I wanted, and he showed me exactly that. He didn't oversell, but he didn't abandon me. He was kind, and he talked to my son like he was somebody. He even drove around with me in the car and went my house with me to pick up my wife. It really felt like what customer service ought to be.

Primarily, their service was attentive and agreeable. Because we had to have this vehicle financed, they did all that they could to make sure we were approved.
