The customer service here is great. I never felt like I was being pressured at all by the salespeople, and they have competitive prices. I came in with my 1992 Civic and they offered me about $500 more than Carmax was. Trading it in for a Tbird was solid, and they even had free coffee on the way out.

They were very honest and open. There was very little pressure to purchase a vehicle. They honored their advertisement that was in the newspaper (many other dealerships would not honor these deals). They worked with me on many different payment options and gave me detailed information about different financing options. It was low pressure and relaxed.
