Reliable Car for the Money!
This car is great for trips back and forth to work/grocery store/shopping. This vehicle however is not the best for family travel or travelling long distances with more than 2/3 people. This car although very dependable: have had it since 2008, and has more than 90,000 miles with only 1/2 overnight visits to the mechanic. Have changed out breaks about three times. Other than this, no major repairs. I have driven this car on long trips, over 600 miles, and can say it is great due to the great gas mileage, however, in summer, it is bad for travelling with more than two people because air flow is not good. Back seat passengers can not feel air, while the front seat passengers are overwhelmed with the cold air. The knee/leg room in back seat is also not very good. I would also not recommend this vehicle for a family starting out, for car seats are VERY tricky. This is the perfect vehicle for maybe a college/high school student, young couple starting out, or perfect for a second vehicle to run quick errands with! After 7 years the condition of the car also visual looks brand new, both interior and exterior, this to me is extraordinary considering over 90k miles and the fact that I have had children riders all throughout the life of the vehicle. I have also had this car in snow laden Upstate NY during 6 winter seasons...Not a bit of rust...This car continues to be a great vehicle!

Roomy, but drives like a horse and buggy.
The Ford Focus is what people think to be the American dream of cars. It's Ford after all. But maybe that's not a good thing. Maybe the acronym that people state often is true about it. I think it would be true, in my personal opinion. This car lasted me only about five years, and along with it being my second Ford that I had to repair at least once yearly, I realized that I'll most likely never shop American again. The car consistently had problems with it and often they were expensive fixes. A few months into buying it, the tie rods went. Shortly, and by shortly I mean, really shortly after, the transmission went. This isn't something that should be happening. I think a car that you buy new should be something that lasts you at least ten years, minimum. One positive is that the fixes were usually fairly cheap as well. Other than the expensive fixes that are common on every car, an alternator here, a transmission there, everything was pretty affordable. The tires lasted a long time too. Maybe back in the old days, Fords were reliable, but this day and age, I'd say no.

Everyone working here, who I have encountered, is friendly and helpful.
The dealership is modern and inviting.
Upon arrival in the Quick Lane area, I was greeted by multiple people that truly worked as a team.
These folks where the cheapest, most straight forward and honest I've dealt with when buying a new car.
The service advisor was on top of the process (at least he seemed to be) and explained available discounts, rebates, and options --- which is what I expect from past experiences here.
