Functional Car
I bought this vehicle as a sophomore in high school (7 years ago) from my friend's grandmother. Since I purchased it, I've had little to no problems with it. The car is functional, and has a large trunk. I'm able to fit almost anything I need to into the trunk, and one of the seats in the back go down to extend the trunk. Additionally, it has a 6th seat in the front in between the driver and passenger. The break pads seem to wear off quickly, and the gas mileage is OK. I have never been involved in an accident, and if I did I feel I would be safe. The one thing I dislike about the car is that it doesn't look sporty. It looks like an older individuals car based on the frame and overall shape. The inside of the car is also pretty dated, it doesn't have too many additions or perks. Seats are cotton and it doesn't have an AUX outlet or a tape outlet to add an AUX cord into. Overall I've been happy with the consistency, but haven't found it to be a car that I would want to purchase again. It gets me from A to B and is safe.

A decent vehicle for a decent price.
My Ford Taurus is a trooper. This car has taken a beating since coming into my ownership and powered through it all. It does well in the snow handling the roads like a champ, which is essential where I live. We have some harsh winters. Even the rough roads filled with potholes, two-tracks and the constant threat of hitting miscellaneous woodland creatures is nothing for this car. I do find that it tends to burn oil fairly regularly; it seems like once every couple of weeks I have to buy another quart of oil for it. Also with my vehicle, the exhaust has fallen off a multitude of times. I've taken to keeping a couple of wire coat hangers and some extra clamps in my trunk just in case it happens to fall off again while I'm driving down the road. Especially out here where it may be a few miles before you come across anyone to help. Other than those few issues, the car is good, very spacious, handles amazingly, and has been worth the money I purchased it for.

They are not that great, but I have a fairly low opinion of most all dealerships. This dealership was acceptable at best because of the low price of our escape with the cash for clunkers deal going on at the time.
