One of the best cars ever created. A gem of a vehicle.
Quite simply, if you need a vehicle that will get you from point A to point B, even if point B is across a river, over fallen trees, and on top of a mountain, this is likely the vehicle you want. This little Suzuki has never once left me stranded and I have taken it across the entire country and back. It has 180,000 miles on it. Just this week we tore it all the way down to the pistons in order to install a torque cam for better performance towing, and even better MPG. The engine is like brand new internally after almost 200,000 miles! The best MPG I have ever gotten was 45. I average about 33 MPG with the AC on. My vehicle is a 4x4 with a 5 speed manual transmission. I love this vehicle and will never get rid of it. I am tempted to build a copy of the frame out of stainless steel, and make a fiberglass body for it. I am confident that I will get 1,000,000 miles out of it. After that, it will be about $150 for me to rebuild the entire engine and do it again!

Excellent for difficult weather.
Living in Maine, it was phenomenal to have an agile car with 4 wheel drive to make it through the most difficult conditions. In five years of driving it up and down a terribly unfriendly driveway I may have only been stuck in snow once. The mileage has always been good roughly 27 mpg in rural areas and 30 on trips, the transmission only became a little hitchy four years into owning the vehicle, there is great room for either bringing friends places or moving things. At over 250,000 miles, I took this car on numerous trips from Maine to Vermont, often in difficult weather, without having any problems. For repairs, I did need to get breaks repaired, and at one point needed to patch an exhaust pipe, but these things are typical of any car that has aged. All in all it has required less than $1000 for maintenance over the time I've had it. What's especially great is the ability to take it four wheeling in the northern Maine woods. Not only is it a casual vehicle, it can function well as an outdoors vehicle as well. The back window, which used to auto-heat in the cold, no longer functions and the rear wiper had to be replaced. The front wipers for a brief time could become stuck, and it's difficult to scrape off the ice in the morning when that happens.

Classic mini truck
My car is a 1995 mint-colored Geo Tracker with matching mint-colored rims and a convertible white soft top. It has a factory decal across the sides and a CD player inside. It does 20-25 MPG and has an automatic stick shift. It chugs and shakes if you make it work too hard, but it's a sturdy little car. The hood latch is inside the glove box, which makes it a little far to reach when I need to get to the engine.
