I have owned this car for as long as we've had our daughter (11 years). We needed a vehicle that could get us to work and transport our newborn child. At the time, we had an old Toyota pick-up and taking the three of us around was just impossible. We've since bought a newer car, but we still have this beauty.

Although my vehicle was made in the early '90s, it still works great! I like that it's a cute little sporty looking car that includes a sun roof. I enjoy opening the sun roof on warm sunny days or on clear nights to gaze at the stars. I like, too, that I can travel from OK to KS or CO to visit family or friends, and it's so dependable that I don't have to worry that it will break down on the long trip. In fact, it has rarely broken down the past six years that I've owned it! And even though it's a small-sized car, it surprisingly has a pretty large trunk that I can put lots of luggage in for a trip. What I don't like about it is that it's a small car, so if I have there passengers in the backseat, they feel crowded. Also, the ignition sounds too loud when I start up the car, but that's just a minor annoyance, and I noticed it mostly when I first bought it. Also, the headlights aren't very bright at night.

The Honda Accord is a very smooth and comfortable ride. The interior is a clean beige with wood accents. The seats are a comfortable leather and are fully adjustable from height to forward-backward movement. The car comfortably seats five passengers and has a large trunk capacity, including a well for a spare tire. The center console is spacious and contains a 12V adapter for electronics. The engine is a V6 and gets upwards of 325 miles per tank out of 14 gallon tank of unleaded gas, in the summer at least. The Accord is extremely reliable having only needed regular maintenance in the 4 years I have owned it. The downsides to the car are that it was not available in a color I wanted and there are small, but visible aesthetic damages on the car from finger nail scratches in the door handles to the overcoat peeling off the paint.
