Handles great and very little problems overall. The Honda civic no matter what year or model is a very good budget car and is extremely easy to maintain. Some aspects of the car can definitely make the car feel clunky and some can make it seem very nice. For example the digital displays are very nice for night driving and driving in general. The Mpg is excellent on the car that I own pushing sometimes close to 40mpg on the highway. Overall it is a very enjoyable car and I have never had any major issues with it.

One owner car with gas mileage top in it's class. 32 combined/38 highway. Super reliable car for a great price. LX model purchased so it had most the bells and whistles needed for a commuter. At 96,500 miles I can say the only down side was the low bumper on the front that often catches on concrete parking stops which pulled the bumper loose on the drivers side fender. Completely fixable, snapped back into place the first couple of times but then had to screw into place. Otherwise still looks brand new. Road noise is the only complaint I have about the car on the highway. However, after replacing high end Michelin tires with a softer, less expensive tire at replacement time the road noise is much less. Car has been garaged so the paint and headlight lenses still look like new after 7 years. This car has been very reliable for 5 years, economical and held good value. Still looks stylish, AC blows cold, great mileage, exactly what I needed. Honda has done another great job with the 2014 Civic. To get the pros out there; Gas Mileage is great as I commute 45 miles to work and 45 miles back so 90 a day for 4 days of the week. Have owned car so far for over a year and had no issues. Taken it in for scheduled oil changes and everything clear so far. Every compliment/review I have heard of Hondas further validates the purchase and I feel very comfortable knowing I will have this car for 175K miles on. The ONLY complaint I would have is the cabin noise is a bit loud but since I drive by myself to work, I cancel it out with turning up the volume with music. Aside from that, if your looking for a reliable car to have for 10+ years, this car seems to be fitting that mold, regardless of price.
