We went to look at a new car because we recently had a baby and wanted something a little bigger than our Honda Accord. I also wanted something I felt a little safer in. I have always loved Honda so CRV was my first choice. I looked at the 2011, I love the way the body looked, not too "boxy" and it just looked sleek. The seats are very comfortable, front or back seat. The back seats fold all the way down which is very nice if you are moving large items. The gas mileage is okay, not as good as a smaller vehicle, but it gets about 25 mpg. I feel very safe in this car, when driving in rain or snow it handles very well. It performs very well on the road, smooth.

Overall I am impressed with this vehicle. My wife and I originally purchased it as a larger, more family friendly vehicle, upgrading from a 2000 Honda accord. It offers much more room. It is very easy to get the car seat in and out of the car, and it has built in car seat hooks making installing the base a breeze. My wife, baby, 80 pound dog, and I can all comfortably travel on long car trips with the car packed full for a weeks stay at the in laws. I was afraid that I would lose the feeling of driving a car, but this compact SUV handles like a small car. I did not feel like i was riding a large, bulky vehicle at all.
