I have known people who have bought automobiles from the chevy dealership and they said the were treated honestly. 2. The salesman was very friendly and didn't do anything like spending a lot of time selling extras. I should note that we had already made our mind up that this was what we wanted to buy. To much "guff" from salesman would have sent us elsewhere.

I knew what I wanted and the price I could get it at another dealership. They tried to sell me the car for a higher price. I told them I was going to walk and they brought the price down further than the other dealership was going to. They also stayed open late so we could purchase it. I hear horror stories about people buying cars at dealerships and this was a good experience. Didn't feel scammed and got the car I wanted at a better price than I wanted.
