This thing rides smooth, its comfortable for a guy, even of my size (6'2" 260 lbs.) and its got plenty of room. It might not be the most powerful vehicle on the road but honestly, that's not all that important to me when I'm using it for commutes, primarily. The gas mileage is good and I don't feel like I lack power, even if I'm going 70 and need to speed up to avoid something. The braking seems relatively solid and, thus far, over 25,000 miles, I've had no major issues outside of routine maintenance stuff. My dogs love it, too - especially the back when we take trips to the beach every couple of weeks.

I should have never gotten the car to begin with but ultimately I chose it. My husband's larger Ford Explorer gets better gas mileage and is much more comfortable. The Sorrento does not have dual air zones in the back of the car, so it gets warm if you are in the back. The stereo system is standard, but the sound is quality is poor. The drive quality in the wind and/or rain is below what I am used to. I will be trading it in as soon as I get the opportunity.
