The Mazda3 has a beautiful design and paint job on the outside and is comfortable and modern on the inside. I love the new technology like Bluetooth audio connection and two USB ports as well as a touchscreen display. Feels light and zippy to drive -- the way it accelerates reminds me of the Millennium Falcon. The hatchback has also proved useful to me many times as I have moved a few times since getting this car.

An excellent first car purchase for someone in their early 20s. It has been extremely reliable, comfortable, and practical, all with a decent fuel economy. There are some minor issues with accessory components, but as a 10+ year old car with 100,000+ miles, it's to be expected. The best thing about this car is I've taken it on several cross-country road trips with my cat, and she's comfortable enough to sleep through the whole thing. I'd certainly consider buying another Mazda 3 when I'm car shopping next.
