The dealership provides free snacks and pastries on weekends for the people waiting for their car to be serviced. The waiting room is always clean and with free WIFI internet access. The car wash is always free for all Mercedes Benz cars regardless of the year. My E350's automatic transmission broke with less than 2000 miles on it. The House of Imports in Buena Park provided me every possible accommodation to make up the technological glitch that came with the car from factory. I was given the same model car as a loaner and they were always calling to give me some useful insights about the status of the car. I will always recommend this dealership to my friends and relatives.
