Not a good starter car, but reliable
Overall, I really do enjoy my car. It is generally reliable, has great gas mileage, and gets me from point A to B without too much trouble. I bought it used with about 60k miles on it, and should have looked at the battery more closely as it needed replacing pretty quickly after I got it. It handles like a dream, however, and can turn on a dime. It's also small enough to fit in any parking space, no matter how cramped, but it's roomy on the interior and not at all squishy for my average build.

Smaller than the big, overwhelming auto dealers like Texas Direct, but large enough that they still had a decent selection. Found a Mini which is what I was looking for, in excellent condition, lower mileage, and a competitive price. When I got home I noticed a ding in the windshield that I hadn't noticed when test driving; they let me come back and filled all the nicks for free. Whenever I take it back for a car wash, they do it for free!

I really liked this dealership because of the salesman, Curtis. He worked with me and was patient. He was willing to work around my busy schedule - when some paperwork needed to be revised and signed again, he drove the paperwork to my house.
I drove away from the dealership feeling like I'd made the right choice.

The salesperson was very friendly and did not pressure me into choosing a certain car or buying. She gave me helpful advice and when I came back later that same day after test driving 3 cars she was very helpful in aiding my purchase of the car.

I appreciated the "no haggle" approach to making a deal here. Instead of wasting time back and forth between a salesperson and the manager, we cut all of the "game" out of my purchase. I was able to walk in and drive home in my MINI in about an hour and a half. The sales staff was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
