We were shopping for a new car and ultimately had to decide between the Honda CRV and the Nissan Rogue. While the CRV--and Hondas--have a reputation for durability and resale, we ultimately chose the Nissan Rogue. After comparing the two, I felt that the Rogue was more comfortable and more pleasant to drive than the CRV. My son also fell in love with the massive sunroof, and I was enamored with the Divide-and-Hide Cargo System. As for durability, I have to admit that, after owning more than eight new vehicles, I've never had an instance where one broke down and left me stranded.
