The SX-4 is the second Suzuki vehicle I've owned, and I have to say I'm not unhappy about the quality at all. I've got well over 100k miles on my car, and it's still going strong. I use my car for both work and play, and it's very versatile. The coupe back lets me use it like an SUV, yet when the back seat is in position, it's very comfortable back there—my husband says more comfortable than our full-size SUV! The manual transmission makes driving in heavy traffic a breeze—you get great acceleration for four cylinders. The stereo sounds great, and despite it being a small, utilitarian car, it's very quiet inside. My cloth interior seats and carpeting still look great after nine years, so I can say it's definitely good for family driving.

This vehicle is over all a great starter vehicle for teens, considering the safety the vehicle provides. My Suzuki is an SX4 basic 2008 model. I bought this vehicle, because Suzuki is dependable if you keep up with the maintenance of the vehicle. I have this vehicle for six years replaced the battery once, but highly recommend good new tires for this type of vehicle due to it's light weight. The trunk has lots of space so it's good for traveling around like to the beach and out of town. The gas mileage is great for a 4 cylinder. It has and extra side window on both sides of the front which makes it easy for seeing better than a standard vehicle. Great overall vehicle for anyone really. I discovered my version was actually made for Canada. Most Suzuki's of that brand have front and rear disc brakes on them. Mine had drums which is almost unheard of after all my research online.
