The Toyota Yaris S model may have been small, but what it lacked in size it made up for in quality. The car's fuel efficiency was one of the best I ever had, averaging in the high 20's. Although small on the outside, the leg room and space in seats was surprising and allowed for maximum comfort. The car has a spacious enough trunk to make putting a few boxes or a large haul from grocery shopping an easy task. The car provides a smooth ride with excellent pick-up and go. Being a small car the gas tank was on the smaller size, but the good fuel economy will make up for this slight downfall. Even in winter driving in the NE, this car handled well. A simple addition of snow tires made winter driving feel both safe and secure. The car itself requires minimal upkeep as long as it is used for normal driving conditions - no excessive speeding.
