I was actually a little worried about going here, b/c they didn't have a great reputation, but they were the only place who had the car I wanted in the color I wanted, so I gave them a go - and was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was top notch- from the minute I went in there, they were ready to answer questions, take me for a test drive, and work with me on pricing. They weren't pushy at all, and did a lot of the paperwork for me so I could just read it and sign it, instead of spending hours at the dealership. I absolutely love my car, and their follow up has been awesome, even having their guys look at my car when I was hearing a funny noise.

The dealer was polite and showed my boyfriend and me a few of the used cars available. He asked us what cars we were interested in, as well as what specific issues (mileage, age, condition, etc.) We were concerned about. After speaking to him for several minutes, he showed us a used Jetta that fit in our price range and met most of the requirements we were looking for. He pointed out the negative issues with the car, like cosmetic issues and back windows that didn't roll down, but despite those issues, we decided to buy the car and drive it home that day.

They do not gouge me on service. Whenever they have had a problem such as taking too long to fix something they have made up for it by providing discounts. One time they actually gave a free oil change because it had taken too long to get finished. They also have a nice dealership. It has a fridge and snacks for while you wait for service as well as courteous staff.

Not only was the process very stress-free but the customer service is excellent! Whenever I get my car serviced, the guys in the shop are always friendly and walk me through the services that are going to be performed on my car.
