I have now have 2 vehicles, an older Jeep for driving in the snow, and the Jetta that I purchased from this dealer. When I bought the Jetta, the Jeep was up on blocks in my driveway, as I was in the process of making several repairs. The car that I had initially intended to buy was sold before I could get it. The dealer called me a few days later and informed me of another car that would meet my needs. He came to my house 3 times so that I could see the car, test drive, and ultimately purchase it because I was unable to get a ride. They made the transaction very easy for me considering I was unable to drive my other vehicle at the time.

I really enjoyed my experience at Matthews. During my initial visit, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable and helpful sales associate who was able to provide me with some great information on the Passat I was looking for. The sales associate made me his top priority and was extremely professional throughout the entire visit. In addition, all of the employees that I came across during my visit were very professional and cordial. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an easy and stress-free experience.

This is the 3rd car we have bought from them in 1 year. We have a 2013 Jetta Hybrid, 2014 Passat and a 2015 Tiguan. They are great. They give you the best price right off the bat. They do not play games with pricing. Very trustworthy.
