Both the salesman and the dealership manager did everything they could to get me into the car of my choice. The salesman came in on his day off to check that the car had been detailed as requested. A lot of effort was made by the dealer to meet my needs. I never once felt like I had been "taken".

My salesman was friendly and was not overly pressuring like many car salesmen are. He told us he was new to the dealership, and I have since learned he no longer works there. He was exactly the kind of car salesman I would want, but I can see how him not being overly pushy would not help him in an environment where that is expected of you.
