The 2009 Ford Escape I own has been a reliable source of transportation for more than 5 years. I have done a lot of driving with this carand have never had a mechanical problem. I drove back and forth to school (1 hour away) and worked for all five of those years, driven 8 hours every other weekend, and even taken some road trips across the country. I have put many miles on the odometer and the car has never had any major issues. While this car does suit my needs just fine, if our family grows any more (it is just my husband and I now), I could see me getting into a larger vehicle with more space. I wish the back were larger to fit our kayaks. As it is now, we must leave the hatch up and tie them down. I am tall and when driving my head is almost touching the roof. Overall, this vehicle has suited my needs very well and has repaid my maintenance with reliability.

My first SUV and my first used car, and I am 100% satisfied with the car. The car is small but also very spacious. I get good mileage and have no problems with the car. I love being able to control almost everything right from my steering wheel. I can answer my phone, change radio stations, and use the cruise control without it being a hazard. The displays around the dashboard are larger, and I am able to see thing much easier as well. When driving the car, I am confident that my car will get me to my destination, and I am comfortable because of the adjustable seats.
