Regrets about older car
I purchased the vehicle as a cheap drive-around car. I am not happy with the car, but for the money, it has been worth it. It has plenty of room for my family of five with three row seats. For an older vehicle, it still runs pretty well. The interior is very outdated. I was surprised to find that there are rear air controls. The ride in the vehicle is a little bumpy due to its old age, but it will still go high speed. The fuel mileage is awful. We paid $2,400 for the car, so for that amount, the quality is good. It has leather seats, but they have some damage which drives me crazy. The carpet in the car isn't in the best of shape, but it is ok. The room allows for us to travel with friends without having to take more than one vehicle! It has running boards. So that's a plus! It has a back windshield wiper that come in handy. All in all, the car isn't bad for what we spent on it, however it is not something that I want to be driving long-term. I am hoping it will last for two years with the proper care. I think it is a good starter vehicle for families on a budget.

Ford Expedition LTD = Great Buy
I have a pearl white 2010 Ford Expedition LTD. I like the roominess of the vehicle, the overall layout of seating and storage, the ability to fold down rear seating for more storage, and many more aspects about this car. There are a few things that I dislike such as gas mileage and model year/mileage.

It was not great. It was a poor dealership. The people were friendly enough, but they didn't have their stuff together at all. The first car we wanted, we were quoted an affordable down payment, but when they brought out the paperwork, suddenly it was a different price we couldn't afford. So, we went with a second car (instead of leaving because our car broke down and were driving a rental), and when we purchased that one, they said they didn't have the title on the lot and it was in Oklahoma, so we had to wait. When we went back to get the title, they said they still didn't have it in yet and another dealer said we should avoid that car, anyway, because they are known to be lemons. (Why would the first dealer not tell us this? Commission). So, he recommended a third SUV, the Ford Escape and we finally got that one. Which is a good car, in all truth, we like it. But, just a terrible customer service experience.
