Buy A Suburban Instead
I thought this vehicle would be good for a growing family and good in bad weather, having four wheel drive. I was not happy with this vehicle due to high repair costs, expensive parts and odd failures. This truck will be the first and last Ford I will ever own.

It's like driving a bus.
I drive a 2006 Ford Expedition. I bought this vehicle because my daughter plays soccer, and frequently, she likes to take a lot of friends to her soccer games. She also likes to take a lot of friends to other places so this vehicle was perfect. The only problem is that it is enormous. I suspect that driving a bus would be no different. On a positive note, a massage table and a massage chair can both fit in the cargo area with both rows of seats down. On a negative note, I am terrified to even attempt to parallel park the darn thing because it is so big.

2012 Ford 975
The sale prices were competitive. The trade in appraisals were fair. The salespeople were very nice. They had a large, varied inventory. There were no hidden fees. There weren't long waits to be helped. The location is convenient. Going through the paperwork seemed faster than usual at a dealership. Everything was simple.

There was no pressure, unlike most dealerships. The customer is given ample time to make decisions. There is an established relationship based on ease. Any information the customer wants is provided without difficulty. The location and staff are great.
