The quote over the phone within 15 minutes. I also have a family member working for Ford, so we got the discount. They were not cranky about the minimum gain to their profit and bottom line and treated me respectfully when I got in the dealership, even though I had a small, crying child that was bothering a lot of people, the man (Ken) who helped me was not bothered or fazed at all. Would recommend 100%

I was able to select the car I wanted online, email to enquire about it and negotiate, and then go in and fill out simple paperwork to finish the deal. It was painless and hassle-free.
